We have received communication regarding the naming conventions for passengers traveling to/from Saudi Arabia.
The use of FNU (First Name Unknown) or LNU (Last Name Unknown) is no longer acceptable.
In cases where a passenger's first or last name is missing from their passport, please use the father's or husband's name instead.
Kindly brief all your staff / selling outlets about these guidelines for KSA flights.
